What should I wear?
We are requesting everyone wear cocktail attire.
Parking?
There is plenty of parking but the close spots can get full quickly so plan for extra time in case you need to walk a bit.
Where is the Secret Garden located on the Madonna Inn property?
On the left-hand side as you pull into the parking lot. There is a hanging sign that says the Secret Garden. The walking path is dirt and the majority of the garden is grass so plan shoes accordingly.
Where is the Venetian Room located in the Madonna Inn?
The Venetian Room is downstairs in the Madonna Inn. If you are entering through the Copper Café, walk straight through, continue through the Steak House and the stairs are to the right across from the large rock fireplace. If you are entering through the Steak House turn right and the stairs are to the right across from the large rock fireplace.
Photography?
We will have a professional photographer as well as a videographer at the ceremony and the reception. We ask that you please do not take photos during the ceremony as we want the photographer and videographer to be able to capture the special moments without any unintentional photo bombs. We are fine with you taking pictures during the reception we just ask that you let the photographer and videographer have the prime shots. If you decide to post pictures on social media feel free to tag each of us and please hashtag them #biggiesmalls2024 so we can ensure that we see all of your fun photos.
Weather?
Historically, on June 21st, San Luis Obispo has a high of 74 degrees and a low of 53 degrees. Hopefully we are dealing with sunny skies versus June gloom. A light jacket, sweater or wrap are recommended (just in case).
